A little late but here you go. I didn't go with the dictionary definition of what novelty is simply because I didn't want to. The "BANG" novelty guns have been around forever, nothing "new" about them. They serve no real purpose except making me laugh. Here's my interpretation of it. You know the drill.

I guess what I'm saying is movie stores are becoming a novelty... It started first for my town with MR. VIDEO, a privately owned video store that closed shortly after Blockbuster was implemented. But it obviously didn't last for long, closing only 4 or 5 years after opening.  By the time our kids are around the concept of renting a real physical video will be completely lost and unfamiliar.

Alex Gooding Novelty Theme #5 UPDATE

Okay dokay.  So yet another update on my Novelty theme.  I experimented with multiple frames as I really liked the way my first three looked when they appeared one on top of the other on the blog here.  So I've done four options.  If you like one in particular, or would maybe like fewer photos let me know.  It started off being the 'novel+tea" idea but after Robyn said to reshoot without this is what I've got.  And I guess in it's weird way it looks sort of like the story of getting into an unmade bed, eventually falling asleep and then waking up to leave the bed unmade again.....which (as ashamed as I am to say it) is not unusual for me nowadays.  Let me know what you think.

Here's another fort, I just re shot it with the beside table out, tried a different angle, and me "reading" inside as some suggested. I never did actually do my homework in the fort because it was my place to escape not to hang out. But anyways here's the redo.
