Amanda Woolley, Theme #1 Fast Food

Are we eating the fast food or is the fast food eating us.

Any comments or suggestions would be great, thanks!

  1. I feel like its really "pink" maybe try to cool it down? I like the googly eyes :)

  2. I think the composition is too closed in. I would like to see a lot more space at the top of the photo. Try flipping it upside down to see what it looks like. And I agree with Jordynn, turn down the pink. :)

  3. I agree, it's a little pink. I think that the ball thing the heart is sitting on should be stained more red. The hint of it on the right hand side makes me feel that there should be more of it, especially given that the valves of the heart are opposite it. It might also be worth while trying to stab the heart with some fries, but that's your call (plugging the valves with fries maybe?)

  4. I would almost just get rid of the eyes on the burgers completely. That way there's more freedom to interpret your concept. It might even come alive more when it's not anthropomorphized if that makes any sense?

  7. love the idea! and your tagline presents it so well! very true. like the upside down triangular composition, but perhaps a bit too symmetrical for my liking..not sure how you could've done it, may the heart off to one side a bit and everything emanating from there, but other than that i like this - and love the concept! I have to assume this image is about burgers being bad for human hearts? Causing heart disease, heart attacks...etc? Right now it seems perhaps a bit too illustrative. The heart on the overturned bowl is also distracting. Perhaps you can simplify the image?
