Other than a few spots that need some cleaning up on it (and for once this isn't my filthy monitor confusing my eyes), I think it's good. Maybe you could also try shooting it on a more mid-key background so that you stand out a little bit more? While the picture on your shirt does draw the eye in, bracketing yourself (so to speak) in grey could contain the eye.
I agree with Locrin. The background is uneven so I would try a different background and the expression on your face confuses me in terms of connecting it back to the t-shirt.
